Description

Aluminium 3mm  mounting plate to suit the SatKing Promax Auto sat system. Some caravan roofs have a "floating" aluminium cladding while others are undulating and unsuitable for mounting a satellite system on.  The standard issue mounting plate is fairly small at 400mm and is OK  for composite and fibreglass roofs.  This custom made plate measures 590mm square and has 4 pressed studs for attaching the unit to the plate.  Made from marine grade 3mm aluminium, the plate increases the surface mounting area as well as spreading the load and will enable fixing to the framework of the van if necessary.  The Promax on the roof is 20.7KG on the roof.
