Already have a VAST or Foxtel decoder and need the satellite dish and installation equipment to get it working?
This complete satellite TV hardware kit includes the main components required to install a VAST or Foxtel satellite dish at your home, holiday house, shed or second dwelling.
The kit includes a quality 75/80 cm satellite dish suitable for reception across Australia, along with a roof mount, LNB, cabling, wallplate and our premium SatPlus 3240B digital satellite meter.
Please note: A VAST or Foxtel decoder is not included with this kit.
Pointing a satellite dish can be difficult when using a basic signal finder because there are several satellites in the Australian sky.
The included SatPlus 3240B digital satellite meter is programmed for the VAST and Foxtel satellite. It helps you confirm that the dish is pointing at the correct satellite while showing the signal strength and quality on its screen.
This makes the alignment process much easier for a competent DIY installer.
Premium-quality 75/80 cm satellite dish suitable for Australia-wide reception
Galvanised satellite dish mount for a metal roof
Satellite LNB fitted to the end of the dish arm
SatPlus 3200 digital satellite meter programmed for VAST and Foxtel
15 metres of quality quad-shield coaxial cable
Internal coaxial flylead
Single or twin wallplate to suit the selected application
Required cable connectors and mounting hardware
Clear, easy-to-follow installation and alignment instructions
This satellite dish kit is ideal for customers who:
Already own an approved VAST decoder
Want to relocate a Foxtel decoder to another property
Need satellite TV at a holiday house or second dwelling
Live in an area with poor normal television reception
Want a complete DIY satellite dish installation kit
Are replacing an old or damaged satellite dish system
For VAST free-to-air television, you will need an approved and registered VAST decoder.
Foxtel installations may require a twin-output LNB, twin wallplate and two cable runs, depending on the decoder being used. Select the appropriate option when ordering.
Clear instructions are supplied to help you assemble the dish, install the mounting bracket and locate the correct satellite.
Your instructions include the approximate direction and dish angle required for your location. The included digital satellite meter then helps you fine-tune the dish until the best available signal is achieved.
Basic tools, safe roof access and reasonable DIY ability are required. If you are not comfortable working on a roof, we recommend using a qualified antenna or satellite installer.
